DESCRIPTION : VCCLEAN-550 is a very effective deburring compound. It can also be used for cleaning, degreasing, derusting, descaling etc. when used in tumblers, vibrators, agitators and deburring equipments. It will remove all loose deposits producing a very smooth and even surface on the components. It can very safely be used for ferrous as well as non-ferrous metals. It is non-toxic and very safe to handle. USES : 1. For deburring ferrous & non-ferrous components. 2. For removal of rust & scales from components when used in tumblers & vibrators etc. alongwith some suitable media APPLICATION :- 1. Add 5-10% of VCCLEAN-550 based on the water added to the tank of the vibrator/tumbler etc. 2. Operate the equipment for a time ranging from ½ hr – 6 hrs depending on the type of operation. Regular addition of chemical may have ro be made for long duration of operation 3. Rinse tumble the components with fresh water. 4. Dip them in a suitable rust preventive like RUST PREVENTIVE OIL depending on the desired period of protection.

COROSEAL-108 is easily soluble in water at all proportions and is very safe to use as it does not contain any chlorinated solvents, phenols, chromates, nitrites or cresols. It is non-toxic and biodegradable.

Bio Degradable Degreasing is easily soluble in water at all proportions and is very safe to use as Bio Degradable Degreasing does not contain any chlorinated solvents, phenols, chromates, nitrites or cresols. Bio Degradable Degreasing is non-toxic. Bio Degradable Degreasing can be used by wipe, immersion or spray in various types of cleaning equipments such as tumblers, vibrators, agitators, power washers, steam cleaners, immersion or agitated tanks, ultrasonic or vapour cleaners etc. Since Bio Degradable Degreasing contains corrosion inhibitors, no rinse is required after cleaning hence Bio Degradable Degreasing cleans and protects simultaneously. Bio Degradable Degreasing Protection period may depend on operating parameters and indoor conditions.

VCCLEAN-HD18 is an universal cleaning composition which could be used be very safely on any metal or assemblies. It can be used for general cleaning for removal of oils, soils, fabricating fluids, burrs, buffing and drawing compounds etc. It is extremely safe to handle and contains no toxic or hazardous constituents and is neither inflammable nor poisonous. It is a solvent based neutral cleaner which can be readily mixed with water in all proportions. VCCLEAN-HD18 can be used by wipe, or immersion in various types of equipments such as ultrasonics, tumblers, agitated tanks. No rinse is mandatory after cleaning with VCCLEAN-HD18 and hence it cleans and protects simultaneously. It can be used as a spray cleaner in service stations and maintenance depots at very low concentrations very effectively, but should not be used in spray washing machines.
