Zinc phosphate reaction happens in amorphous shape with gray - black color. 5. pH optimizers are added to accelerate the reaction. Temperature, application time, concentration, pH, total acid and free acid values are the parameters which must be under control. 6. Zinc phosphates, coating range between 7 - 15 gr/m², are used in wire drawing, tube drawing and cold forming industries. Method of Application : 1 Sprinkle water on the surface from which the old paint film is removed. 2 Give light zig-zag scratches on the paint surface so that the paint remove properly penetrates the paint up to the base . 3 Apply paint stripper by brush on the scratched surface . 4 For better results specially in summer again sprinkle water on the surface where paint remove is applied. 5 Paint film will immediately start pilling of from the surface.
