What is a Dip powder activator?
A great activator cures the dip powder into a robust and long-lasting nail, unlike the gel system where you need UV/Led lamps. It has the appearance of clear nail polish and is applied with a brush, exactly like polish or gel. Because the powder draws in color, it is applied in alternating layers with the dip powder.
