PCR-01 Powder Coating Remover is a heavy-duty industrial chemical used for removing powder coating, paint, lacquer, enamel, and polyurethane coatings from metal surfaces. The chemical penetrates the coating film and causes it to bubble and loosen for easy removal. It is suitable for steel, iron, aluminum, and fabricated metal components.
The remover can be used by immersion or brush application at room temperature. Depending on coating thickness and temperature conditions, removal time generally ranges from 1 to 5 minutes. After treatment, the coating can be removed using scraping, brushing, or water jet cleaning.
