What is an Ultrasonic Cleaner?
An ultrasonic cleaner removes dirt, grease, polishing compounds, and contaminants from parts by using high-frequency sound waves (typically 20–80 kHz) in a liquid cleaning solution.
* Working Principle
The tank is filled with water or a suitable cleaning solution.
Ultrasonic transducers attached to the tank convert electrical energy into ultrasonic vibrations.
These vibrations create millions of microscopic bubbles in the liquid (called cavitation).
The bubbles rapidly form and collapse, producing tiny shock waves.
These shock waves remove contaminants from surfaces, including hard-to-reach holes, grooves, and crevices, without damaging most parts.
