ZNP-54 phosphating
1. Phosphating Process
The process involves immersing or spraying metal parts with a phosphoric acid-based solution, which reacts with the surface to create a thin, insoluble phosphate layer.
Basic Steps:
1. Degreasing & Cleaning – Removes oil, dirt, and contaminants using alkaline cleaners or solvents.
2. Rinsing – Prevents contamination before treatment.
3. Pickling (Optional) – Uses acid (like hydrochloric acid) to remove rust and scale.
4. Phosphating – Metal is immersed in a phosphate solution to form a protective layer.
5. Rinsing – Removes excess chemicals.
6. Sealing & Passivation (Optional) – Enhances corrosion resistance using chromates, silicates, or organic topcoats.
7. Drying – Ensures a stable and uniform coating. # ZNP-54 phosphating Manufacturer.
