Phosphating chemical is serving as a barrier to keep atmospheric oxygen & moisture from attacking the base metal.
Phosphating chemical bring on corrosion resistant zinc layer on metal. It helps for gripping of the paint or powder for an improved bond.

- ACCELATOR POWDER
BATH MAKE - UP
Chemical : 5% ZNP 54 for 1000 ltrs bath require 50 liter chemical
&
Accelerator Powder: 0.1% accelerator powder for 1000 liters bath requires 1 kg
First of all fill the tank with D.M. water add 5 % ZNP -54 and add 0.1% accelerator powder. Before adding accelerator, dissolve it with water in separate vessel.
After addition bath is stirred very well with compressed air.
