INTRODUCTION:
Derusting chemical removes rust & carbon from metal & cleans metal surface. Ensure that oxide scales & rust formation is removed.
This chemical used whenever parts contains heavy rust and light oil.
Base : Phosphoric Acid Base Chemical.
Solubility : Thoroughly soluble in water.
Color : Colourless .
Concentration : One part of chemical is diluted with three parts of water. Dilution
depends by the amount of rust present. The chemical is used cold.
Point : Concentrated of 25 % bath Solution gives 20 to 22 ml. Point.
Bath Design : Tank is made up of 10mm thick. M.S. tank with F.R.P. Vinyl coat of
F.R.P. Lining works will be the most suitable or sustainable design
of tank.
