VCHEMKLIN is designed to simplify pre-paint treatment of metal aircraft surfaces like wing sections, fuselages as well as automobiles and tractor assemblies. Complete assembled planes can be cleaned and conditioned right on the field without the use of special equipment. Easy hand application of VCHEMKLIN by brushing, swabbing or spraying provides thoroughly clean passivated surface ready for touch-up or complete refinishing. FAST, LOW COST METHOD :- Passivating with VCHEMKLIN is not intended to replace anodizing and chromatising in aircraft and automobile manufacturing. However it produces similar results faster and at much lower cost where those processes are impractical or unavailable. REMOVES, PREVENTS CORROSION :- Light oxides and surface corrosive residues are quickly and easily removed by merely applying VCHEMKLIN by wipe method and rinsing with water. Surfaces is made chemically inert oxide and soil free to prevent corrosion from spreading under paint coatings.

VCCLEAN-HD18 is an universal cleaning composition which could be used be very safely on any metal or assemblies. It can be used for general cleaning for removal of oils, soils, fabricating fluids, burrs, buffing and drawing compounds etc. It is extremely safe to handle and contains no toxic or hazardous constituents and is neither inflammable nor poisonous. It is a solvent based neutral cleaner which can be readily mixed with water in all proportions. VCCLEAN-HD18 can be used by wipe, or immersion in various types of equipments such as ultrasonics, tumblers, agitated tanks. No rinse is mandatory after cleaning with VCCLEAN-HD18 and hence it cleans and protects simultaneously. It can be used as a spray cleaner in service stations and maintenance depots at very low concentrations very effectively, but should not be used in spray washing machines. This composition is bio-degradable and environment friendly.

INTRODUCTION : CORONIL-555 is an antirust chemical compound that is readily soluble in water. It is widely used to give temporary protection against rusting of steel tubes, pipes, strips, profiles and various other ferrous parts, during process. CORONIL-555 is an antirust chemical compound that is readily soluble in water. USES : 1) It can be used as an anti-rust treatment after acid pickling or phosphating. The acid pickled or phosphated parts after rinsing are dipped or sprayed with the solution of CORONIL-555. 2) It can be used as a Passivation cum Neutralizer for machined components, for multi-metal assemblies, for ground parts and for various maintenance jobs after cleaning. It can be used either by dip, spray or by circulation. 3) It can be used as an antirust additive for : (a) Air-testing in water. (b) Hydro testing (especially of pipelines). 4) It can be added to cutting coolants or machining fluids to prevent rusting of cutting tools and workpieces for a few days.
