A 3-in-1 Rust & Oil Remover is a pretreatment chemical used mainly before painting or powder coating. It combines:
Degreasing – removes oil, grease, and dirt.
Rust Removal – dissolves light rust and oxidation.
Phosphating – creates a thin phosphate conversion coating for better paint adhesion.
How It Works
-When sheet metal or fabricated parts are immersed in the solution:
Surfactants clean oil and grease.
Acidic ingredients remove light rust and mill scale.
Phosphate compounds react with the steel surface to form a protective phosphate layer.
